Traveling as Couple
The night staff when we complained about the room being hot, although we had asked the front desk to have it checked while we were at Citifield, we returned and it was hot, and they challenged us as to whether we reported it before we left, they even asked us to describe who we spoke to. The AC problem was addressed by the late night staff and corrected immediately. But the confrontation was not necessary, the evening staff should have handled the problem as it was reported. ...read more

I arrived the hotel about 10am, they give me check in! I can put all my baggages in the room and had a easy tours in NY City.

This place was right in the middle of Chinatown (although not described as such). No quality food anywhere. Bad experience.

Traveling as Couple
Hotel was in great location. Lobby beautiful. Hotel rooms carpeting needed replacing, bath tub was really old. Needs upgrading. Overall was nice.

Solo Traveler
Overall the hotel was great. The valet staff was very friendly and somehow seemed to remember my name and car every time. Front desk was very helpful, even calling after I got settled in the room to make sure it was to my liking. Well stocked with more than enough towels and I got a surprise gift basket which was a nice touch. I liked my stay other than the fact I kept being told I was making to much noise. ...read more

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Restaurant was very slow and seemed to have an expertise in Chinese food, not American.
